Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II HEMODYNAMICALLY STABLE BMI -18.5-29.9

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS REFUSAL ASA > II PATIENT WITH AUTONOMICAL DEFORMITIES PATIENT WITH BLEEDING DISORDER PATIENT WITH LOCAL INFECTION AT SITE OF SPINAL ANAESTHESIA PATIENTS WITH HISTORY OF CARDIOVASCULAR RENAL HEPATIC RESPIRATORY ENDOCRINE PATIENTS ON ANTICOAGULANTS DURATION OF SURGERY MORE THAN 2 HOURS
