Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Security guards Age group between 30-50 years Both male and female Duration - Prolonged standing more than 4 hours Working experience - >3years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any spine injury/fracture History of any spine surgery Any orthopedic disease of spine such as protrusions, hernias, and slippage between vertebral bodies, History of any neurological disorder
