Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participated in DEDICOM-II study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer, renal, hepatic or intestinal disease requiring continuing treatment or hospital admission ( >1 week in last 1 year). 2. Inability to communicate (due to mental illness or physical disability).
