Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i. Patients who have undergone Concomitant total temporomandibular joint replacement and Orthognathic surgery using patient specific implants in TMJ Ankylosis ii. CTOS- CASS PROTOCOL should have been used in the planning of the treatment and execution
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Patients lost to follow-up ii. No adequate data
