Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 18 to 60 years 2)Sign and symptoms of sthaulya (obesity) 3)B.M.I. 25 - 40kg/m 2. 4)An individual fit for the virechana karma. Â

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypothyroidism,hypertension, infectious disease and other life-threatening complication. 2)Long term steroid treatment. 3)Pregnant or lactating women. 4)Patient having any contra-indication for virechana karma.
