Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Participants aged between 20- 35 years will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, and occupation. 2)Participants with BMI between 16â?? 18.5 kg/m2 .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Participants with any systemic disease Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Thyroid and endocrine disorders. 2)Participants with severe anemia Hb 3)Participants with history of Tuberculosis. 4)Participants who is taking any psychiatric medications. 5)Pregnant women and lactating mother. 6)Participants having completed any other trial with in past 6 months.
