Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from chronic low back pain from past 3 months or above having sleep disturbance Patients with nonspecific low back pain PSQI score baseline MODI score Not actively undergoing any therapies No red flags Able to walk Undersatands the commands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Communication and speech problems Participants who refused to participate Patients on pharmacological induced sleep General health problem or underlying diagnosed pathology that affects sleep Cognitive impairments Vertebral fracture in last 3-6 months vertebral joint dislocation in last 3-6 months Spinal or vertebral joint ligament rupture in last 3-6 months Inflammation of intervertebral disc Debilitated disease subjects will not be included Any neurological problem.
