Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical sign and symptoms of Ardhavbhedaka (ardhshirovedana, bhru-shankha vedana, shastra vata vedana, manya vedana, karna akshi lalat vedana) or Migraine. 2. Patients fit for Virechana karma and Nasya karma. 3. Patient willing to participate in trial and follow up with a signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic disorders as Uncontrolled hypertension, Cardiac problem, Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis, Paralysis, Malignant Diseases. 2. Patients of Sinusitis. 3 Headache due to any organic lesion. 4. Headache due to injuries. 5. Headache due to any chronic systemic disease.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in Migraine Disability Assesment Scale (MIDAS).Timepoint: Before trial (BT), after virechana karma in group A & Nasya karma in group B (AT1), and after completion of trial (AT2). Follow up of each group will be done after 15 days of completion of trial.

Secondary

Changes in Visual Analogue ScaleTimepoint: Before trial (BT), after virechana karma in group A & Nasya karma in group B (AT1), and after completion of trial (AT2). Follow up of each group will be done after 15 days of completion of trial.
