Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Presence of PPD 4-6 mm 2)Systemically healthy patients with no history of antibiotics or any other medication used in the previous 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant and lactating women. 2)Patients with history of previous periodontal surgical treatment in the last 12 months. 3)Smokers 4)History of allergy to doxycycline and probiotics
