Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients/people/subjects are included in the study if any of the following criteria are met: 1. Patients/people/subjects having spine problem that will require surgery. 2.People accompanying patient/people/subjects to hospital. 3.Community gathering groups residential commercial areas will be visited to have maximum representative sample of people. 2.Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms by self or with help if-uneducated to read.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Unwilling people. 2.Mentally unsound.
