Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.The outcome of this study is to compare three -dimensional alterations clinical-radiographically following the use of Allogeneic bone block graft versus Autogenous bone block graft for augmentation at single tooth combined defects (HVC Class III-m) in maxillary anterior aesthetic zone after 6 monthsTimepoint: 1.Baseline - immediate after the surgery (T0). 2.after the 6 month of post surgery (T1)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the change in soft tissue of augmented ridge in maxillary anterior aesthetic zone, clinically & radiographically at 6-months after the surgeryTimepoint: 1.Baseline - before ridge augmentation procedure (T0). 2.after the 6 month of post surgery (T1)
