Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age â?? 18 to 26 years. Both male and female. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of musculoskeletal injuries to upper and lower limbs. Neurological and cardiorespiratory problems. Recent surgical history.
