Intervention1: NASIYAM: 2-4 drops in affected nostril once a day for 5 days.This is one course.Totally 3 courses with an interval of 10days between each course. Control Intervention1: Not applicable:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from Nasal Polyp. 2.Patients who are willing to give radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation. 3.Patient willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic Hypertension. 2.Patients with history of epitaxis,CSF rhinorrhoea. 3.Patients with turbinate hypertrophy,malignant nasal tumour. 4.Patients with bleeding disorders. 5.Patients on antiplatelet medicine and anti coagulation medicine. 6.Pregnant and lactating mother.
