Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45 60 years Both male and female include 2. Fulfilling the combined clinical and radiographic criteria of knee OA established by the American College of Rheumatology, Kallgren and Lawrence score >=2 to 4, able to walk > 15 m, able to undergo 4 Weeks of treatment and 3 months of follow-up, 3. Not needing nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs during the research (acetaminophen prescribed for intolerable pain).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Knee OA combined with any infection, inflammation, autoimmune disease, or lower limb fracture; 2. A history or underlying disease that would affect posture and balance 3. Any type of knee operation or internal fixation 4. Undergoing any other treatment for knee OA.
