Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. Patients between age of 18 and 60 yrs 2. ASA grade 1 and 2 3. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2. Patients in ASA grade III & above 3. Patients having BMI >30 4. Pregnancy 5. Patients on chronic treatment with steroids 6. Cognitive impairment or communication problems 7. surgical duration less than 30 minutes and more than 2 hours
