Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with age 18- 65 Years undergoing elective upper limb surgeries. ASA grade I-II. Weight equal to or more than 50 kg
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre existing obturator nerve injury or adductor muscle weakness Local anesthetic allergy. Coagulopathy. Pregnancy and lactating mothers Infection or scar at the needle insertion site. Neuromuscular disorder. Patchy or inadequate anesthesia requiring conversion to general anesthesia or when additional opioid or sedation was administered in intra operative period.
