Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with the symptoms of Reduced strength(Cheshta Nivritti),Slurred speech(Vakstambha) and Pain(Ruja) 2.Subjects who are conscious and oriented â?? Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) > 8 3.Subjects aged between 30-65 years 4.Subjects of either gender 5.Subjects fit for basti karma 6.Subjects who are ready to participate and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of intracranial hemorrhage, intracranial space occupying lesion, Congenital defects, carcinoma, Intra cranial infections and retroviral diseases 2.Marked impaired mental functions 3.Subjects with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (HbA1c > 8 mg/dl) and uncontrolled hypertension ( >160/100) 4.Pregnant women 5.Lactating mother
