Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above the age of 18 Patients referred for CT cerebral angiography from circle of willis to arch of aorta.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with trauma or road traffic accident (RTA) Uncooperative patients. Patients with high creatinine value
