Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with the sign and symptoms of gridhrasi like sphik poorva kati uru janu jangha pada paryanta ruka, vedana, stambha, toda, spandana. Patients who are swedana yogya.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of diseases like uncontrolled DM, AIDS, STD, TB and other disorders. Traumatic condition of spine, disc prolapse, post surgical, CA spine etc.
