Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 45 years gender non specific. Patients requiring fixed rehabilitation in the maxillary posterior region, single or multiple teeth missing (for purpose of standardisation single implant supported crowns will be considered)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not in ASA grade I Post menopausal women (owing to osteoporotic tendency) Patients on medication affecting bone metabolism (Bis-phosphonates, Calcium Channel Blockers, Thyroid stabilising hormones) Patients with untreated Periodontitis Sites requiring Bone Augmentation due to reduced Residual Ridge width or height Patients with neuro-muscular disorders Patients with history of Radio-therapy or chemo-therapy Chronic smokers
