Site: Knee joint,
Duration of intervention: Overnight on alternate days.
Duration of protocol therapy: 28 days.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having pain in knee joint > 3 months in most days of week,Patients having arthritis of grade II,III,IV in knee radiograph according to Kellengren-Lawrence calssification,Age group 35-65 years,Patients of both gender,Patients having BMI < 39 Kg/m2,Patients willing to follow protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below 35 and above 65 years of age,Pregnancy and lactation,Systemic and metabolic illness such as liver, cardiac, pulmonary diseases,diabetes mellitus, hypertension or any mental illness,Patients with history of trauma and accident,Skin diseases at site the of application,Current anterior cruciate ligament injury,Patients on analgesics and steroidal and Hormonal therapy.
