Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participant age group 40 to 60 years. 2. Both males and female participant. 3. Participant with Kellgren and Lawrence Osteo knee arthritis grade 1 to 3. 4. Participant with Diagnosis of Tibiofemoral OA knee confirmed by a Radiologist. 5. Participant with Pain intensity >3 on a Visual Analogue scale VAS. 6. Participant with WOMAC score > 25 moderate level of difficulty performance ADL 7. Participant with restricted range of motion. 8. Participant having pain while walking and ascending stairs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants excluded will be 1. Patients with Acute pain and inflammation. 2. Patients with recent fractures of lower extremity. 3. Patients with recent knee trauma. 4. Patients having other major musculoskeletal problems and having with red flag signs. 5. Patients having rheumatoid arthritis are excluded. 6. Patients having diabetes or hemophilia.
