Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >18 years AO OTA 33 GA type 2,3A,3B open distal femur fractures with primary segmental bone loss.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Closed injuries Late Presentation ( > 48 hours) Fractures with previous infection/surgeries Non ambulatory patients Type 3 C injuries
