Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with classical picture of Gridhrasi will be selected irrespective of cast religion and profession. 2. Patients with Gridhrasi in the age group of 20 to 60 years. 3. Patients who are Basti-Yogya. 4. SLR test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having age below 20 years and more than 60 yrs. 2. Low back pain due to fracture of vertebra or traumatic history. 3. Pott spine, tumor of spine. 4. Patient who are Contra indicated for Basti. 5. Patient with chronic systematic illness.
