Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Apparently healthy individuals of either sex between the age group of 18 - 35 years (both inclusive) 2.Individuals with BMI = 18 kg/m2 and = 25 kg/m2 3.Individuals with random blood sugar 4.Individuals willing to abide by the study related procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with known history of usage of herbal medications/ 2.nutritional supplements/ multivitamin supplements/ pre and probiotic supplementation within past 30 days for any indication. 3.Individuals with known history of endocrinological disorders, cardiac, liver or renal pathologies 4.Individuals who had participated in any other clinical study within 30 days prior enrolment into the study
