Interventions

Intervention1: Cervicothoracic manipulation therapy (CT), posture correction exercises, and sleep hygiene: The cervical and upper thoracic intervertebral joints will be adjusted during the procedure.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from migraine headache Patients who fulfilled the International classification of Headache disorder-3 Age group between 18-65 years Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from headache other than migraine Spinal radiculopathy Depression Pregnancy Degenerative diseases Un-cooperative patients Recent surgeries or fracture of cervical spine Contraindicated to CT manipulation
