Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Stage II Grade B periodontitis . Patients with not more than 4 periodontal pocket of probing depth ranging 5-7 mm. Patients who have not undergone any periodontal therapy 6 months before the initial examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are medically compromised such as diabetic, immunocompromised or bleeding disorder. 2. Patients with smoking habit. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Patients who had received any chemotherapeutic mouth rinse or oral irrigation during past 6 months.
