Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Periodontitis patients of Stage II and Stage III, Grade B & C (2017 Classification). 2.Age- 25 to 55 years. 3.A probing pocket depth of >5mm with clinical attachment loss of >3mm. 4.Full mouth plaque score(FMPS) of 5.Full mouth gingival bleeding score (FMBS)of 6.Isolated intrabony defects. 7.Defect depth of >3mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases 2. Patients under systemic antibiotics for last 6 months. 3. Pregnancy or lactating women 4. Smokers 5. Patients with malocclusion, traumatic occlusion. 6. Grade II and grade III furcation involvement. 7. Presence of mobility.

1.To evaluate the clinical, radiographic & microbiological outcomes of treatment of intrabony defects with Inorganic bovine bone matrix. 2.To evaluate the clinical, radiographic & microbiological outcomes of treatment of intrabony defects with adjunctive use of single session of Photobiomodulation(SPBM)with Inorganic bovine bone matrix. 3. To evaluate the clinical, radiographic & microbiological outcomes of treatment of intrabony defects with adjunctive use of multiple session of Photobiomodulation(MPBM) with Inorganic bovine bone matrix. 4.Comparison of clinical, radiographic & microbiological outcomes of treatment of intrabony defects with single & multiple sessions of Photobiomodulation to Inorganic bovine bone matrix alone. Timepoint: CLINICAL PARAMETERS Early wound healing score & patient comfort will be measured at 1 & 2 weeks after surgery. • Probing pocket depth(PPD). • Clinical attachment level(CAL) parameters will be measured at baseline, 3 Months & 6 Months RADIOGRAPHICAL PARAMETERS These parameters will be assessed at baseline & 6 months. MICROBIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS: (PCR ANALYSIS) These parameters will be assessed at baseline & 3 months .
