Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Mandibular posterior teeth diagnosed with Symptomatic Apical periodontitis and pulp necrosis b)Teeth with mature apices c) Patients with age between 35 - 70 yrs d)Non diabetic patients with HBA1C LEVELS Uncontrolled Diabetic patients with HBA1C levels >7.0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients who had taken analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs within the last 12 hours. b)Teeth with calcified canals and aberrant root canal morphology. c) Pregnant or lactating patients d)Patients with history of allergy to any of the components of local anesthesia e)Teeth with previous RCT f) Severely damaged or mutilated teeth

To evaluate the effect of different aqueous vehicles used in calcium hydroxide medicament on post operative pain in uncontrolled diabetic and non diabetic patients Timepoint: Postoperative pain will be evaluated after 6, 24, 48, 72 hours & consecutively for 4 more days with the help of heft parker scale

To compare the effects of saline , 2% chlorhexidine, lidocaine hydrochloride when used as vehicles with calcium hydroxide to evaluate impact of post operative painTimepoint: Postoperative pain will be evaluated after 6, 24, 48, 72 hours & consecutively for 4 more days with the help of heft parker scale
