Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Overweight/Obese individuals, BMI 23- 35 kg/m 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe diagnosed cardiovascular disease 2. Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus 3. Chronic inflammatory disease 4. Regular smokers 5. Pregnant and lactating women 6. Inability to participate in yogic intervention.
