Inclusion criteria: 1.Signs and symptoms of Karnapranad given in Ayurvedic texts 2.Normal External auditory canal 3.Intact Tympanic membrane 4.Shodhan Nasya yogya 5.Snehpana yogya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 18 and above 60 years 2.Sign and symptoms of Karnakshwed That is, Hearing of Venughoshvat sound in ear 3.Wax in External auditory canal 4.Perforated Tympanic membrane 5.Shodhan Nasya Ayogya 6.Snehpana Ayogya 7.Patients suffering from any chronic debilitating diseases like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, etc.
