Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group â?? 40 to 60 years 2) Capsular pattern (restriction of Range of motion External rotation >Abduction >Internal rotation)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1)Secondary frozen shoulder 2)Acute stage of frozen shoulder 3)Any fracture or injury around the shoulder

1. Visual Analogue Scale 2. universal goniometer for measuring range of motion. 3. Upper extremity functional scale will be used for functional impairments. Timepoint: 0 week & 1 week
