Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with maxillary skeletal posterior cross bite Patients with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cleft lip and or palate and syndromic patients Patients with history of trauma or fracture in the maxillofacial region Patients with history of any systemic bone disorders. Medically compromised patients
