Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Significant bowel edema precluding abdominal wall closure. Significant fecal peritonitis with >500ml of enteric contents/pus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy. Bleeding Diathesis.
