Inclusion criteria: Age forty-five and above Be diagnosed with Type one and two diabetes mullites Able to understand and speak Hindi and Gujarati language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The person with communication disorder The person who blinds and hearing loss Neurological disease such as Parkinsonism stroke
