Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Caregivers/parents of all high risk neonates who are planned for discharge in the coming week from the NICU. - Newborns who are considered high risk at discharge include the following: 1. Birth weight 2. Gestational Age 3. Neonatal hypoglycaemia (requiring IV fluids) 4. Neonatal convulsions 5. Perinatal Asphyxia (with HIE 2 and 3) 6. Ventilated babies 7. Sick babies with shock 8. Congenital malformations 9. Suspect/confirmed Inborn Error of Metabolism 10. Post surgical intervention
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Non availability of a caregiver who can receive training. Caregivers who are seriously ill Caregivers who are trained in CPR in the last 2 years Caregivers who do not own or have access to a smart phone or device for viewing videos online.

| CPR skills of both intervention and control groups will be assessed using a validated and standardized checklist using Basic NRP protocol algorithm brought out in 2020 by Navjath Shishu Suraksha Karyakram (NSSK).Timepoint: Primary outcome in the form of skills score will be assessed 48 hours post allocation in both groups. Following this a simulation training will ba carried out and the skills score will be immediately reassesssed within 1 hour of training on the same day. | — |
