Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having sign and symptoms of Gridhrasi. 2)Patient fit for basti procedure. 3)Willing to sign the consent for study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Elevated CRP, Uric acid levels. 2)Positive rheumatoid factor. 3)Pregnancy & lactating females. 4)Tuberculosis of the spine. 5)Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus & hypertension. 6)Known case of malignancy of the spine, IHD, CHF and any other vascular disorders. 7)Patient not fit for Basti procedure. 8)Any infectious disease.
