Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Willingness and ability to participate in the zentangle method instruction session and practice during the study. 2. Caregivers of cancer patients.(Primary person taking care of the patient at home or in the hospital) • Family member of the cancer patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are under the age of 18 2. Individual having any mental disorders or neurological illness 3. Any visual defect that prevents them from performing zen tangle 4. Any chronic disability
