Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having sign & symptoms of cervicitis with clinically diagnosed and confirmed by per speculum examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unmarried Female and Pregnant women. 2.Women with known carcinoma of reproductive tract, 3rd degree of Genital prolapse. 3.Patient having their HIV and VDRL reactive. 4.Patients with cervical Pap smear showing either abnormal smear (as per Papanicolaouâ??s grading) or invasive malignancy.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To reduce inflammation & infection of the cervix.Timepoint: 7 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Relief in associated features like vaginal discharge, dyspareunia, Lower abdominal pain, post coital bleeding & burning micturition.Timepoint: 7 days
