Inclusion criteria: For patient patients Aged more than 14 years and less than 40 years Dignosed case of youvanpidika Patients fit for jalaukavacharan For leech Nirvisha Jalouka will be taken for study as explained in classical texts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For patient Patients aged less than 14 years and more than 40 years Patient with systemic disease like anemia hemorrhagic disorders Lactating woman Fungle infection Impetigo For leech Savish Jaloka will be excluded from the study
