Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women With 15th To 42th Day of post partum. 2. Puerperal women of age between 25-35 years will be selected. 3. Both Primi para and Multi parafullterm delivered patients will be selected. 4. Women having Hb above 7gm % will be considered for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women which is known case of HIV , VDRL and HbsAg. 2. Women suffering from disease like aplastic anemia, thalassemia, hemolytic sickle cell disease and haemorrhagic disorders. 3. Women suffering with puerperal infection will be excluded from the study 4. Preterm delivered patients 5. History of anemia due to bleeding piles, menorrhagia, gastric ulcers . 6. Co- agulation defects , renal insufficiency, CHD, HTN, DM, TB etc.

To evaluate the efficacy of bilva Phal majjachuranon serum ferritin level & HB% in sutika pandu.Timepoint: 1 st Day of Treatment And on 21st Day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To restore the normal tone of the pelvic fascia. 2.To replenish the Dhatus 3 To support health status of mother during puerperial period. 4. To prevent post-partum complications. 5. To improve the pandu lakshna like daurbalya, panduta, shrama , Sharmaj shwasTimepoint: After One month of treatment Result should be checked.;changes in serum ferritin & haemoglobinTimepoint: 1st day of treatment & 21 st day of treatment
