Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with ASA-I & ASA-II physical status 2.Patients between 18-60 years of age of either sex 3.Patient scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refused to participate 2.The patient posted for emergency surgery 3.Patients receiving drugs such as beta-blockers, epinephrine, insulin, benzodiazepines, and serum dextrose. 4.Pregnant or lactating mothers 5.Patients with obesity grade II or III (BMI >35) 6.Patients with renal failure, CLD, endocrine problems, rheumatic disease, malignancy
