Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with rakta arsha (1st degree internal haemorrhoids). 2. Age group between 30 to 50 years. 3. Selection will be irrespective of sex, religion & socio-economical class. 4. The patient indicated for snehapaan
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 30 years & above 50 years. 2. 2nd, 3rd & 4th degree haemorrhoids. 3. Patient suffering from congenital anomalies of the rectum and any systemic diseases which requires their management were excluded from the study, e.g., Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, HIV, Tuberculosis, Haemophilic disorder, Hepatitis-B, Blood Disorders etc. 4. Pregnant Females. 5. Complicated pile masses. 6. Papilloma, Condyloma. 7. Fistula involvement with piles and fissures. 8. Crohnâ??s disease, Ulcerative colitis.
