Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective lower limb surgery ASA grade 1&2 Patients willing to take part in investigation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal for procedure History of allergy to drug, infection at the site of injection over back Patient with uncontrolled hypertension, cardiovascular disease, renal or hepatic disease ASA grade 3&4 or more Patient taking any psychotropic drugs,seizure disorder,coagulopathy,morbid obesity

To examine the onset & peak levels of secondary blocked in the two groups the time taken To compare time taken for two groups to attain grade 4 motor blocked and 2 segments regression Haemodynamic changes HR BP MAP in both the groupsTimepoint: Immediately after injecting drug in subarachnoid space till two segments regression
