Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All HIV infected patients > 18 years of age be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant females 2.Patients below 18 years of age. 3.Pre-existing hepatobiliary disease causing decrease in albumin level. 4.Pre-existing renal disease / chronic kidney disease causing decrease in albumin level. 5.Pre-existing Malabsorption syndrome causing decrease in albumin level. 6.Clinical evidence of congestive cardiac failure. 7.H/o burns in last 21 days
