Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Size of wound-25 cm sq to 150 cm sq Diagnosed as Diabetes both type 1 and type 2 as per criteria Non healing ulcer more than one month No bone or tendon exposed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Un controlled hyperglycemia(HbA1c > 12) Patient with vasoocclusive disorder( known by arterial Doppler study) Septicemia Osteomyelitis Patient on steroid or any other immune suppressive therapy INR more than 2 Any malignant disease in the wound Non cooperative patient
