Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients operated from Jan 2004 to Dec 2022 2.Patients who underwent anterior cervical spine surgery and had an in-advertent dual tear recognized intraoperatively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Traumatic Cervical Spine Injuries which were treated anteriorly 2.Patients who underwent anterior + posterior surgery
