Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who presented before 18weeks of gestation for antenatal ultrasound either for routine checkup or with complaints like pelvic pain,per vaginal bleeding/leak ,disproportionate uterus size or previous history of anomalous fetus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women after 18weeks of gestation 2.Pregnant women not giving consent for ultrasound

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Ultrasound is a complete modality in early detection of anomalies before 18weeks of gestation with the help of associated maternal,fetal,placental & bio-chemical factors.Timepoint: First visit & follow up monthly 2-4 times

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Ultrasound helps to determine timely management of pregnancy & anomalous fetus either by conservative methods or via termination or by intervention so that only healthy pregnancies are continued.Timepoint: First visit & follow up monthly 2-4 times
