Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Classical symptoms of karsya like Vyayama asahishnuta, kshutpipasa asahishnuta, sheetoshna asahishnuta BMI in between 16 to 18.5 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Krishata secondary to any illness such as Tuberculosis, HIV, and other systematic illness. Diabetic mellitus, hereditary, congenital problems and Malignancies.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in cardinal features of Karsya especially on weight gain. Consequent shift from low BMI to Normal BMI Timepoint: 0th day, 15th day, 30th day, 45th day, 60th day, 75th day, 90th day, 105th day, 120th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
