Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18-60 years, with a BMI more than 30 Kg/m2, scheduled to undergo surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anatomical defects of face, neck or upper airway 2. Patients with cervical spine instability 3. Patients with limited neck movements 4. Patients with reduced mouth opening 5. Patients requiring RSII (Rapid sequence induction & intubation) 6. Patients belonging to ASA - PS classes 4, 5 or 6 7. Patient refusal
